Cancellation & No-Show Policy I value your time and mine. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review my policy below: Cancellations If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client. No-Shows A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not provide prior notice. No-shows will be charged a fee equal to 20% of the total service cost. Fees & Future Bookings The 20% no-show fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted or denied booking privileges. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding as I work to provide the best service for all clients.
